I was involved in a car accident last June. It was a difficult situation because the other driver made an illegal left turn, hitting my car and then fleeing the scene. Unfortunately, I didn't have my cell phone with me, so I couldn't call the police. The other driver claimed he had called them, but they never arrived. To make matters worse, he refused to exchange driver's and insurance information. He even pushed me to get back into his car and then drove away. I was able to get his license plate number, but that was the only solid evidence I had. I was extremely upset and unsure of what to do. When I contacted Pendergast Law Office, Delia, who initially spoke with me, was very kind and supportive. I felt comfortable asking them to represent me. Since then, I've been working with Pamela Whitney, who is managing my case. She has been not only supportive but also very thorough in her work and communicates very clearly. In October 2021 I was driving on a freeway in Arizona towing a car on a trailer when a car passed me and changed lanes before getting ahead of me and hit the front my tow vehicle and caused me to lose control and crash. This totaled everything and sent me to the hospital. I spent three days there and came out wearing a body brace for seven weeks for a cracked vertebra. I was in pain for months. This was a hit and run so my insurance had to take care of this. I waited until January 2024 to try to settle for the accident. I tried to work with the insurance company for two months with no results. Im not sure how I’m so late to give this review, but better late than never! I will only use this law firm from now on. This was my first major car accident that I needed to get help with. My truck was hit with hail damage on March 28,2021. My insurance company USAA made a million excuses to not pay the claim. After 4 months of angst with USAA they denied the claim.
