I did not end up enlisting their legal services, but I spoke to Zach on the phone and this conversation was the most helpful I have yet experienced in dealing with my unfortunate incident. I was involved in a car accident last June. It was a difficult situation because the other driver made an illegal left turn, hitting my car and then fleeing the scene. Unfortunately, I didn't have my cell phone with me, so I couldn't call the police. The other driver claimed he had called them, but they never arrived. To make matters worse, he refused to exchange driver's and insurance information. He even pushed me to get back into his car and then drove away. My truck was hit with hail damage on March 28,2021. My insurance company USAA made a million excuses to not pay the claim. After 4 months of angst with USAA they denied the claim.
