Attorney Richard S. Aguire has joined Pendergast Law. Richard focuses on litigating serious personal injury cases, including those involving auto and truck accidents, injuries due to dog bites, product liability and wrongful death.
Notably, Richard is a fluent Spanish speaker and is available to work directly with Spanish-speaking clients of Pendergast Law. He has litigated many cases and understands the challenges his clients encounter when facing a personal injury case while dealing with and recovering from serious injuries.
Attorney Richard S. Aguire’s professional background
Richard graduated from the University of Wisconsin—Madison with a bachelor’s degree in 2007. He subsequently attended law school at Seattle University School of Law, graduating with his J.D. in 2013. Richard is professionally involved with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ). Notably, Richard has been selected to the Rising Stars portion of Super Lawyers in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Outside of work and professional activities, Richard and his wife enjoy exploring the many outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer, as well as finding new coffee shops to enjoy. He is also actively involved at his local church.
